Create a doll dressed to celebrate the new year. E-mail your creation to xx_define_normal_xx@yahoo.com, in the subject line be sure to put "New Years Celebration Doll" or your e-mail will most likely be deleted.
Rules:
1. Doll must be fully clothed.
2. 2007 must be included somewhere on your creation.
3. No frankendolling.
4. You are aloud to use a dollmaker if you wish.
